Deonte built this team from the ground up with one idea: every client deserves a full squad behind them, not just one agent. As CEO and team leader, he sets the vision, keeps the energy high, and makes sure every single person who walks through our door feels like family from day one. When he is not running strategy or checking in on clients, he is mentoring someone on the team or reminding everyone why we do what we do.
Showing Specialist / Vendor Coordination
Brittany is the one getting you in the door, literally. She knows every property inside and out and makes sure you see the right homes at the right time. She also coordinates all our vendors, photographers, inspectors, contractors, you name it, so everything happens on schedule and at the level our clients expect. She is organized, fast, and somehow makes the hardest days look easy.
Operations Manager
Robyn is the glue that holds the whole thing together. From your first phone call to the moment you sign at closing, she is the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She handles client communication, keeps every deadline on track, and somehow stays two steps ahead of every problem before it even shows up. If you ever wonder how everything runs so smooth, it is because Robyn already handled it.
Photographer / Videographer
Gus is our in house media guy and he handles it all. Photos, video, drone, floor plans, twilight shots, you name it. He shoots every one of our listings and he is also available to any agent who wants top tier media for their own listings without the big shop price tag. His work is the reason our homes stand out the second they hit the market.
